01Who we are

KiswahTech is a trading name of KISWAHTECH (PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company registered in Pakistan, operating from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the data controller for personal information collected through kiswahtech.com.

02What we collect

We deliberately keep collection minimal. Information we receive falls into two categories:

• Information you send us — when you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional company name, budget range, and message you provide. Emailing or calling us directly gives us whatever you choose to share.
• AI assistant conversations — if you choose to use the chat or voice assistant on this site, we receive the messages you type and, for voice calls, a transcript of what you say, along with any details you share (such as your name, email, or project description).
• Technical log data — our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs (IP address, browser user agent, requested pages, timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not use this data to build visitor profiles.

03What we don't collect

kiswahtech.com currently uses no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, and sets no tracking cookies. There is no account system and no newsletter. The AI assistant keeps a short-lived session token only so your conversation stays connected — it is not used to track you across sites. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-respecting configuration and update this policy first.

04How we use your information

We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver engagements you ask us about, maintain our business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

05Who processes it for us

Like most modern websites, we rely on a small set of service providers that process data on our behalf:

• Vercel (USA) — hosts this website and stores short-lived server logs.
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — relays contact-form submissions to our inbox.
• Zoho Mail — hosts our email, where your messages to admin@kiswahtech.com are stored.
• TeleVox AI (televox.ai) — our own product, which powers the on-site chat and voice assistant. Conversations are processed on its infrastructure using speech and language providers (Deepgram, OpenAI) and stored so our team can follow up on your inquiry.

06The AI assistant

The chat bubble on this site is an AI assistant powered by TeleVox AI, our own voice-AI product. Using it is entirely optional — the contact form and email always work without it.

If you do use it: your messages (and, on voice calls, an automatic transcript) are stored, and a summary of the conversation — including any contact details you share — is emailed to our team so we can follow up. Voice calls use your microphone only after your browser asks for permission, and calls are not audio-recorded. Please don't share passwords or other sensitive data with the assistant; it never needs them.

07International transfers

We serve clients across the US, UK, EU, UAE, and Australia, and the providers above operate global infrastructure. Your information may therefore be processed outside the country you live in. We limit what we collect so that what moves is minimal, and we choose established providers with strong security practices.

08Legal bases

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your information on the basis of: your consent (you choose to submit the contact form), our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and keeping the site secure, and, where an engagement follows, performance of a contract.

09Retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it is relevant to an actual or potential business relationship, or as long as law requires. Server logs are retained only briefly by our hosting provider. You can ask us to delete your inquiry data at any time.

10Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@kiswahtech.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days, and we will never treat you differently for exercising them.

11Security

All traffic to kiswahtech.com is encrypted with TLS. Access to inquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you, and our internal systems follow least-privilege access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we design for minimal data held and minimal access to it.

12Client project data

This policy covers the website. Data we handle inside client engagements — codebases, databases, credentials, end-user data — is governed by the signed contract and NDA for that engagement, which take precedence and are typically stricter.

13Children

Our website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

14Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be noted prominently.
