04Client engagements

Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Every engagement is governed by an individually signed agreement covering scope, price, timelines, confidentiality, and intellectual property. Where these terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement wins.

Our standard engagement terms — reflected across this site — are: fixed-price contracts agreed before work begins, delivery in one-week sprints, NDAs available before the first technical conversation, and full transfer of deliverable IP (code, designs, documentation) to the client under the signed contract.
