What We Built

  • Real-time voice pipeline (~0.7s response): Silero VAD → Deepgram STT → OpenAI → Aura-2 TTS, with barge-in and semantic turn detection
  • Stateless voice-worker fleet on Fly.io — any worker serves any agent from database config, load-balanced by LiveKit
  • Live Cal.com booking, SMS/email follow-ups, and HMAC-signed CRM webhooks executed mid-call
  • TCPA-guarded outbound campaigns with DNC scrubbing and calling-window enforcement
